The fifth CFP Rankings Show Presented by Allstate airs on Dec. 3 at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN.

This is the final weeknight reveal before the final rankings on Dec. 8.

Only one weekend remains in the college football regular season. Conference champions will be determined on Friday and Saturday.

The four Power 4 conference champions and the highest-ranked Group of 5 conference champions will receive an automatic berth into the playoff.

The committee will determine the remaining seven teams, which will be at-large selections.

The Oregon Ducks (12-0) are the No. 1 team in the AP Top 25. The Ducks remain perfect in their first season in the Big 10. They will play Penn State in the Big 10 championship.

The remaining teams in the top five are No. 2 Texas (11-1), No. 3 Penn State (11-1), No. 4 Notre Dame (11-1), and No. 5 Georgia (10-2).

If it’s chalk for conference championship weekend, the top four seeds will be No. 1 Oregon (Big 10), No. 2 Texas (SEC), No. 3 SMU (ACC), and No. 4 Arizona State.

The remaining eight teams will play in the first round. The matchups could be something like this:

  • First round: No. 12 Boise State at No. 5 Notre Dame
  • First round: No. 11 Alabama at No. 6 Penn State
  • First round: No. 10 Tennessee at No. 7 Indiana
  • First round: No. 9 Ohio State at No. 8 Georgia
