How to watch Bristol Bears v Harlequins live on TV and full team news

Bristol Bears face Harlequins at Ashton Gate on Sunday in Round 20 of the 2022/23 Gallagher Premiership in a game which increasingly has become a grudge match in recent years.

The Bears looked to have turned a corner and are on a role with three Premiership wins on the bounce including a stunning nine try demolition of Northampton Saints last week in a performance director of rugby Pat Lam labelled the best from his side since moving to the club in 2017.

Harlequins five game losing streak in Gallagher Premiership Rugby ended with their 40-5 victory over Exeter at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday but the Londoners have not won away from home since a trip to Bath in Premiership Rugby in early December.

The Bears beat Harlequins 15-12 at the Twickenham Stoop in December to end a run of three successive defeats to the Londoners.

Here are all the ways you can follow the action....
