How to watch Brentford vs Manchester United - TV channel, live stream, odds and early team news

Manchester United will be looking to bounce back after their severely disappointing start to the season and the Erik ten Hag era when they travel to Brentford on Saturday evening.

United fell to defeat against Brighton in the season opener with Pascal Gross scoring two first-half goals before an own goal turned out to be little more than a consolation as they suffered a 2-1 defeat.

Ten Hag, appointed as manager back in April, watched his side register three wins, two draws and a defeat from their six pre-season friendlies, with many United fans feeling somewhat positive - despite an underwhelming transfer window. A loss to Brentford could see any momentum well and truly lost ahead of a difficult set of fixtures over the next few weeks.

This clash will see Christian Eriksen return to the club who gave him a route back into football after his cardiac arrest at Euro 2020 in what will likely be an emotional outing for the new signing. Eriksen played up top in the season opener but failed to make too much of an impact.

With Anthony Martial still out, could Cristiano Ronaldo save the day? Here's all you need to know ahead of Saturday's game.
