How to watch BBC Match of the Day tonight and what is the running order?

Manchester City were crowned Premier League champions in dramatic fashion as they overcame a two-goal deficit in less than 10 minutes to defeat Aston Villa as Liverpool were left heartbroken. Jurgen Klopp's side did their bit by defeating Wolves 3-1 with goals from Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Andy Robertson, but City turned their result around to take the title.

City had been dominant all season - finishing the campaign with 93 points as they topped the table for over 150 days, whilst Liverpool did well to push them until the final day of the season.

On the other end of the table, Leeds United were able to avoid the drop as Jack Harrison scored a 94th minute goal to secure their place in the Premier League next season, with Burnley being relegated for the first time since 2015.

And with all 20 teams in action, today's penultimate gameday saw 39 goals in total in what was one of the more exciting ends to a Premier League season in years.

Fans will no doubt be looking forward to this evening's iteration of BBC's Match of the Day - here's how you can watch it and the running order.

How to watch Match of the Day?

Match of the Day will be shown on BBC One at 10:30pm. Viewers can watch for free on the programme or stream using BBC iPlayer.

It will be on until 12:15pm.

What is the running order?

The running order has not yet been confirmed. However, usually during the last day of the season - MOTD shows numerous games simultaneously as the action happens.

Therefore, we can expect them to show Manchester City vs Aston Villa and Liverpool vs Wolves at the same time - going back and forth between the two.

Then, they will likely show the relegation battles with Leeds United taking on Brentford and Burnley facing Newcastle.
