The XFL now has direct competition for spring football league fans.
The re-launched USFL will kick off Week 1 of its 2023 season this weekend. The first game of the season will feature the Philadelphia Stars taking on the Memphis Showboats at 2:30 p.m. MT on Saturday, April 15. The USFL’s season opener will be nationally televised on Fox and available to stream on fuboTV (try it free).
After that, the New Jersey Generals will face the Birmingham Stallions at 5:30 p.m. MT on Sunday. The New Jersey-Birmingham game will also be available to watch on Fox and fuboTV.
On Sunday, April 16, the Michigan Panthers will take on the Houston Gamblers at 10:00 a.m. MT on NBC and fuboTV. After that, the Pittsburgh Maulers will face the New Orleans Breakers at 4:30 p.m. MT on FS1 and fuboTV.
There are 11 former Denver Broncos players suiting up in the USFL this spring. The league will have a 10-game regular season before beginning playoffs in June.
