How to stay focused and get things done

Are you constantly busy but struggle to get things done? Do you feel overwhelmed by the endless demands on your attention? Research shows that our brains have limited cognitive capacity, yet modern technology bombards us with information. In this fast-paced world, finding time to truly focus can feel almost impossible.

In this masterclass with Mark Channon, you'll uncover the strategies for mastering focus. You'll learn how to prime your brain, overcome procrastination, and manage feelings of overwhelm. Plus, you'll discover how to apply these techniques to create your own personalised productivity routine, allowing you to regain control of your time and attention.

What will you learn?

By examining the science behind inattention – what causes us to become distracted and how we can train our brains to be more focused – Mark will share effective techniques to deal with procrastination and the importance of having the right mindset when it comes to sustaining attention. You will begin to craft your own productivity routine as Mark helps you gain clarity on your most important tasks, along with their potential impacts, and shows you how to build in more focus time throughout your day. The masterclass will cover the science of inattention and distraction, strategies for managing information overload, how memory works (including visual-spatial working memory skills), and practical tools for improving productivity.

Who is it taught by?

Mark Channon is a memory and productivity coach and one of the first Grand Masters of Memory in the world. Mark was the memory coach on the popular Channel 4 series 'Can I Improve My Memory?'. He is the author of several books including 'Improve Your Memory: Sharpen Focus and Improve Performance'. Mark’s Prime Focus coaching programmes work with founders, professionals and creatives to enhance their productivity, achieve their goals, and maintain their well-being, all while preventing burnout.

Why should you attend?

If you're looking to improve your focus, reduce distractions, and get more done, this is the masterclass for you. You'll gain practical tools and strategies to overcome overwhelm, boost productivity, and take control of your time. Whether you’re struggling to stay on task or simply want to enhance your focus, this session will provide the skills you need to succeed.
