ANAHEIM, Calif. — Music fans may already have their wristbands ready for the 2023 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio in April, but if you’re not into making the trek to the desert or the idea of three long days in the heat no longer sounds appealing, there are several artists on the bill taking part in the Goldenvoice Presents April concert series.
As Coachella’s promoter, Goldenvoice is bringing big-name and up-and-coming artists on this year’s lineup to more intimate venues scattered throughout Southern California starting on April 12 and running through April 22.
Coachella’s double weekend party is set for April 14-16 and 21-23 at Empire Polo Club in Indio, but the series, sometimes referred to as Localchella, will bring several acts to The Roxy in West Hollywood; El Rey Theatre, The Fonda Theatre, The Novo, The Greek Theatre and Sound Nightclub in Los Angeles; and Fox Theater and The Glass House in Pomona.
Tickets for the series will go on sale over the course of three weeks at Goldenvoicepresentsapril.com.
