Intrepid Destiny 2 players have uncovered a pretty insane glitch in the Forsaken expansion that essentially lets you get into the upcoming Last Wish raid area days before the raid is scheduled to launch.
Better yet, you can find the raid loot once you get there without having to actually fight your way to the treasure. Whether Bungie patches the glitch immediately or lets it slide remains to be seen, but if you want to score some crazy new loot via glitch instead of grind, you should probably act fast.
The glitch was first revealed on r/destinythegame by u/ozberk. Here’s what you need to do to try it out for yourself and score some sweet new loot in the process.
This video from YouTuber Rifle Gaming will show you how to get there:
Here’s another video guide:
You’ll need to have reached The Dreaming City before you can get to the hidden content. Head there and go to the main bridge where you’ll need to do some platforming. As always, equipping a sword so you can play in third person can be incredibly helpful when making these difficult jumps.
Make your way to the Last Wish area called Tower of Opened Eyes. After that you’ll reach the First Spire where you’ll find the hidden chest with raid loot drops hidden tucked away beneath a long drop.
All three of your characters can do this, each finding high level loot that isn’t supposed to be in the game yet. Here’s some of the loot that’s been found so far:
Apex Predator
Chattering Bone
Nation of Beasts
So all of that is pretty cool, though the drops aren’t super powerful likely because the raid itself hasn’t gone live yet. So you’re basically getting raid loot that isn’t as powerful as it will almost certainly be once the Last Wish raid goes live on the 14th.
