How to get tickets for Glastonbury 2024 - registration and price

The gates for Glastonbury Festival 2023 opened on Wednesday as thousands of campers descended on the site.

The festival, hosted every year from Wednesday until Sunday sees stages across the 900-acre site host world-class music stars as well as speeches by politicians, film screenings, theatre and circus performances Arctic Monkeys topped the bill on Friday night on the Pyramid Stage, while Saturday night saw US rockers Guns N' Roses headline, after the original line-up of Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan reunited in 2015.

Sir Elton John's headline slot on Sunday night is expected to draw large crowds, as it marks the end of his scheduled farewell tour dates in the UK. For those that missed out on tickets for this year, here’s everything you need to know for 2024.

Glastonbury 2024 registration

You can only buy tickets for Glastonbury if you have registered on its site.

Each ticket features the photograph of the registered ticket holder with security checks carried out to ensure that only the person in the photograph is admitted to the festival.

Online registration is free of charge. You will need to provide basic contact details and to upload a passport-standard photo.

Registration for 2024 will close at 5pm on Monday, October 31, after which there will be no opportunity to submit or re-submit a registration until after the November ticket sales.

How much Glastonbury tickets cost

Glastonbury 2024 tickets are not currently on sale.

However, for 2023 admission full weekend tickets, valid from Wednesday, June 21 to Sunday, June 25 cost £335 and a £5 booking fee.

A return coach fare from Liverpool to Worthy Farm in 2023 cost £99.50pp.

How to get Glastonbury tickets for 2024

Tickets will be sold exclusively by See Tickets.

You can book up to six tickets per transaction by paying a deposit for each person. In order to make a booking you will need the registration number and registered postcode for each person you are booking a ticket for.

A limited number of people will be given access to the booking site at any one time. The page will automatically refresh to look for space on the booking page every 20 seconds.
