How to get cheap tickets to The Osmonds and Six in Manchester

There are two fantastic theatre shows coming to Manchester and Salford this month - and there are still last minute tickets left for as little as £13. The Osmonds will be at the Palace Theatre , while Six is running at Salford’s The Lowry.

The Osmonds is a brand new musical which tells the official story from Jay Osmond about the five brothers from Utah who reached the height of their fame in the 70s. The Osmonds were pushed into the spotlight as children and went on to create smash hits decade after decade.

The two hour and 45 minute show relives the boyband’s rise to fame, from their star residency on The Andy Williams Show, and the arrival of Donny and Marie, to selling out arena concerts and making record breaking TV shows.

The show will be at the Palace Theatre from Tuesday, August 9 to Saturday, August 13, with eight shows packed into five days. Tickets start from £13, with better seats available for £54.

Love Me For A Reason, Crazy Horses, Let Me In, Puppy Love and One Bad Apple, are among some of the many chart-topping hits that feature in the production, which starts next week. You can buy your tickets from the ATG Tickets website here.

Meanwhile in Salford, Henry XIII’s wives will be taking over The Lowry with the international smash hit musical Six. Running from Tuesday, August 2 to Sunday, August 14, the multi award-winning musical sees the six wives of Henry VIII take to share their stories.

The Lowry said: “From Tudor Queens to Pop Princesses, the six wives of Henry VIII take to the mic to tell their tales, remixing five hundred years of historical heartbreak into an 80-minute celebration of 21st century girl power. These Queens may have green sleeves but their lipstick is rebellious red.”

Tickets to the show start from £20, going up to £44 depending on where you want to sit. You can purchase tickets directly from the theatre here.
