Shoppers can get a free meal to celebrate Valentine's Day at home this year thanks to a new deal that's just launched.
Those wanting a romantic meal in can now get a free meal from any supermarket in the UK. To help couples celebrate their love for less, deals site TopCashback is offering its new members a free Valentine’s Day ‘meal deal’ up to the value of £15. TopCashback is a deals site that gives new and existing customers money back when they buy retailer offers direct on their website.
Their latest money-saving offer will be a hit with many looking to celebrate the day of love for less this year. The deals site also conducted a study which shown that more than 67 per cent of Brits celebrating Valentine’s Day this year will be marking the occasion at home.

TopCashback’s study has revealed that lovers are opting for a ‘meal in’ to help cut costs, with four in 10 (40 per cent) saying that eating out has gotten too expensive. The offer, which runs until 11.59pm on February 14, will mean new customers can enjoy a free Valentine’s Day meal deal when they sign up to the free deals site here and spend £15 or more at any UK supermarket, including the likes of M&S, Tesco, Asda, Waitrose and more.
How to get the free Valentine's Day meal deal
To claim the offer, shoppers simply need to follow the steps below:
- Spend a minimum of £15 on the purchase of a Valentine’s Day meal deal at any UK supermarket.
- Retain your receipt when you pay.
- Take a photo of your receipt that clearly shows the date and time of purchase, the shop name and the items purchased that are eligible for cashback.
- Sign up to TopCashback via this link. Upload a photo of your receipt before 14th February 23:59pm.
- £15 cashback will track in your TopCashback account within seven days.
Purchases of any meal deal from all supermarkets will be eligible for cashback, minimum spend of £15 applies. For example, new members purchasing two mains, one side, one dessert and wine for £15 would receive £15 cashback. Purchases are only valid for in-store purchases; the offer may be redeemed for meal deal items only as detailed above. The offer is not available via the TopCashback app. To redeem the offer, you must use their desktop or mobile site.
