How to get £5 off your McDonald’s this week with a Blue Monday deal ending soon

Blue Monday may have passed, but McDonald’s is still offering money off your favourites in a week-long deal to tackle Blue Monday.

The “Spend £15, Save £5” is on offer at more than 1,000 branches across the country, or you can get 20% off if you order through the MyMcDonald's app.

It's worth keeping in mind that you won’t get the deal if you order McDonald’s for home delivery through UberEats or Just Eat, only through the app.

The good news is, the app is completely free to download, but you can only use the 'Save £5' when picking up your order in store, reports the Mirror.

Discount won’t apply to the delivery fee, tips or bag tax, and there are also some branches that aren’t included which you can find here.

McDonald’s is known for its great deals, whether it’s a breakfast McMuffin for 99p or a free hot drink when you buy five.

When spending £15 on an order, it’s worth comparing which deal offers the best discount, and take into account delivery fees also.

Once you’re logged into the app, all you need to do is tap “offers” and the “brighten up Blue Monday” deal to get your discount.

All food items are included in the offer, and you’ve got until Friday, January 21 to get your Maccies.

Delivery fees on the My McDonald’s app cost around £3.99 depending on the location you’re ordering from, which will not be taken off with a discount.
