How to check if you've won EuroMillions: search for UK winner of share of £123m jackpot continues

One lucky UK ticket-holder has won a whopping £61 million in Tuesday's EuroMillions prize draw.

The issue is that they're yet to be identified, with Camelot urging UK players to check their tickets so the prize can be awarded.

The winning numbers were 5, 10, 19, 27 and 30, while the Lucky Stars were 5 and 6.

Andy Carter, a senior winners’ adviser for the National Lottery, said: “What an amazing night for one UK EuroMillions winner who has scooped a share of tonight’s incredible £123 million jackpot, the first UK EuroMillions jackpot win of 2024.”

Could you be sitting on a fortune? Here's how to check your numbers for all the Lotto draws.

How do I check EuroMillions numbers?

EuroMillions is held across nine European countries — Ireland, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland (Los), Switzerland (Romande), and the UK.

Draws take place on Tuesdays and Fridays. You'll need to buy your ticket before 7.30pm UK time on each day to take part.

Visit the website here for more details on what you can win and how.

There's a minimum jackpot of €17m (£14.5m) up for grabs each week, and the prize rolls over if a winner isn't found.

How to claim a EuroMillions prize

If your numbers match, remember that you have up to 180 days after the draw to claim your prize.

Doing this also depends on the way you purchased your ticket. For example, prizes under £500 will be paid directly into your account if you bought your ticket online.

Smaller prizes can be claimed by visiting your local post office or other affiliated retailers.

For winners that have won big, you'll need to contact the National Lottery Customer Care Team on 0333 234 44 33. The claims team will ask you several questions about your ticket.

Contact details and more information about claiming your prie can also be found on the back of your ticket.
