Liverpool fans eager to see the club make waves in the transfer market this summer are celebrating as the club secured their first signing today.
Argentinian World Cup winner Alexis Mac Allister has joined the Reds for an undisclosed fee and has elected to take up the famous number 10 shirt, which has been left vacant since the departure of Sadio Mane to Bayern Munich. Liverpool fans have been eager to see Jurgen Klopp energise his midfield and the former Brighton man looks to be a solid addition to the Reds squad for next season.
Mac Allister will follow in the footsteps of many Liverpool legends with his squad number of choice and the the 24-year-old has revealed he took the plunge on the number due to his affinity with it. With the news of Mac Allister's arrival, and the excitement around Liverpool once again having a 10 on their books, fans can now get the newest recruit's name on the back of the latest Liverpool shirt.
The Red's revealed their retro, 1970s inspired shirt back in May and the Nike top has won a lot of admirers since with its traditional yet striking look.
