College football’s rivalry weekend is coming up as the sport concludes its 2024 regular-season schedule and as part of the year-end festivities, the Clemson Tigers and South Carolina Gamecocks are slated to duke it out in the Palmetto Bowl matchup.

The Gamecocks are just two spots behind in the Coaches Poll at No. 14, carrying an 8-3 overall record; all three of those losses came in Southeastern Conference play in eight tries. USC’s signature win came over the Texas A&M Aggies three weeks ago.
