The 2024 SEC men’s basketball tournament will take place at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville from March 13-17.
The SEC Tournament begins Wednesday and commences with the final at 1 p.m. ET Sunday. The SEC has 14 teams competing with four players in the first round, six receiving a first-round bye and four receiving a double bye. There have been an array of recent winners with Alabama, Tennessee, Auburn and Kentucky all having won a championship in the last five tournaments.
Tennessee claimed the top spot with a 24-7 overall and 14-4 conference record. Kentucky, which beat Tennessee this past weekend in Knoxville, is No. 2 with Alabama and Auburn at No. 3 and No. 4 respectively. With six teams having double-digit conference wins and several high-octane offenses, the SEC Tournament should be an absolutely thrilling series of games.

The SEC will more than likely have five at-large bids, but there are a plethora of programs, like Mississippi State, that could make a deep run and win this tournament. With those programs having their season on the line, expect passionate battles in this must-watch tournament.
