Best Bets For 2024 NFL Thanksgiving Day Games

Here is a quick rundown of the best bets for NFL Thanksgiving Day games from out betting experts:

  • Jared Goff Over 246.5 Passing Yards (-110)
  • Malik Nabers Over 67.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
  • Tucker Kraft Over 31.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
  • Bonus Bet: Chicago Bears ML (+400)

Bears vs Lions

Goff has thrown for under 220 yards in two of his last three games, but he seems due for a bounce back effort versus the NFC North-rival Bears. Chicago ranks in the bottom half of the league in passing yards allowed per game over the last four contests and Goff is no stranger to having big performances on Thanksgiving Day. Last season, he threw for 332 yards in a 29-22 loss versus the Green Bay Packers. Look for Goff and the Lions offense to have a big day on Thursday.

Best Bet: Jared Goff Over 246.5 Passing Yards

Prediction: Chicago Bears +9.5 (-110)

Giants vs Cowboys

The move to Tommy DeVito at quarterback didn’t pay immediate dividends for the Giants last week. However, DeVito and the Giants offense did show some signs of life in the second half. After going without a catch in the first two quarters versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers finished with six catches for 64 yards after halftime. In his first-ever game versus the Cowboys, Nabers finished with a season-high 12 catches for 115 yards. Look for the Giants’ rookie to be involved early and often in this one. Take Nabers to finish with over 67.5 receiving yards, which seems like a bargain in a nationally-televised matchup.

Best Bet: Malik Nabers Over 67.5 Receiving Yards

Prediction: Dallas Cowboys -3.5 (-110)

Dolphins vs Packers

The Miami Dolphins have given up the most receiving yards to tight ends over the last four games. That should help boost the production of Packers’ tight end Tucker Kraft, who has struggled to make an impact of late following a fast start to the season. Over the previous five games, Kraft has had more than 35 receiving yards just once. However, he’s managed to find the end zone three times during that span, a sign that he hasn’t been totally forgotten in the Packers’ offensive plans. With his receiving line all the way down to 31.5 yards, Kraft could be a rare bargain in what could turn out to be the highest-scoring game of the day. Look for Kraft to go over 31.5 receiving yards, a number he’s topped already six times in 11 games this year.

Best Bet: Tucker Kraft Over 31.5 Receiving Yards

Prediction: Packers -3 (-110)
