Nottingham Forest ended their 23-year wait for Premier League football with a 1-0 victory over Huddersfield Town in the Championship play-off final.
After starting the season with six defeats in seven, the turnaround since Steve Cooper arrived in September has been tremendous as the Reds will now welcome Pep Guardiola's Manchester City and Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool to the City Ground next season.
Levi Colwill's own goal from James Garner's cross was the winner at Wembley Stadium, but the Terriers had two penalty decisions go against them despite the presence of VAR.
