The Newcastle United WAGs were out in force at St James' Park on Tuesday night to see their other halves book a place in the Carabao Cup final and a trip to Wembley. And captain's wife Charlotte Trippier was happy to admit she feeling the effects the morning after!
A full house and a cauldron of noises greeted Eddie Howe's men as they stepped out onto the hallowed turf with a long overdue appearance at England's footballing home up for grabs. After nicking a 1-0 away win at St Mary's a week earlier, United had a narrow advantage at kick off and pulled further ahead on aggregate when local lad Sean Longstaff found the net with just a few minutes on the clock.
The North Shields star then sent St James' into dreamland when he found the net for a second rime in a matter of minutes, before Southampton got on back in the lead up to half time.

There were no goals in the second half, although things were slightly nervy for the Magpies when Bruno Guimareas was shown the red card.
The Brazilian's fiancée Ana and baby son Mateo were there to see him look deflated, before celebrating with the rest of the team as the final whistle blew and chants of 'tell me ma, me ma' sounded out around the whole city. And the good news is that fan favourite Bruno won't miss the final.
Ana was Mateo were in the same ox as Joelinton's other half Thays Gondim, who also made it a family affair by bringing the couple's chileren along wfor the occasion, with them wearing Toon tops with their dad's name and number on.
Their were some wild celebrations in the box, as the party also celebrated Joelinton's son's birthday, as well as reaching Wembley. As well as giving her followers a look at the joyful scenes in the executive box, Thays was out in the stands to capture the incredible buzz around SJP at full time, screaming with delight as she joined in the wild celebrations of plenty of others.
Sven Botman's girlfriend Chana Kesselaar also uploaded videos of the United players on the pitch and a sea of black of white around the ground, captioning the clip on her Insta story 'We're going to Wembley.'
As she is every game, captain's wife Charlotte Trippier was an avid spectator as she cut a stylish figure all in black to cheer on husband Kieran, along with the couple's two oldest children. In the aftermath of an amazing night, Charlotte uploaded a photo of her and Kieran with the kids and wrote: "Well then. That was fun,"
And then, in a predicament bound to be echoed by plenty of other Geordies, Charlotte took to her Instagram story on Wednesday to post a video of her in bed, with her saying: "Morning. Ears ringing, Throat is sore, sign of a good night."
