How much money could Seamus Power win? The prize money for the Bermuda Championship

Seamus Power is hunting down a second PGA Tour victory and a big payday at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship this weekend.

The Waterford man is right in contention after shooting two successive 65s at Port Royal Golf Course.

Power is in the form of his life after a stellar year that has seen him break the top fifty in the world rankings for the first time in his career.

Racking up a host of top tens and playing in all four major championships, the 35-year-old is only missing another victory to add to his triumph in the 2021 Barbasol Championship.

Power went into this week as the highest-ranked player in the field and has played like it for much of the week.

A win for Power would see him pocket the €1,174,000 first prize on offer for the PGA Tour event, while a second place finish would earn him €711,000.

The 35-year-old has racked up over €7,000,000 in career earnings since gaining his card on the tour.

A win in Bermuda would also guarantee Power a two-plus-season exemption on the tour.
