M&S food has earned it reputation for high quality food fit for a special occasion. The cost of living crisis has seen internet searches for "Valentine’s dine in for two" up 40 percent since last year meaning many may be opting for staying in this Valentine's Day.
If you don't have a reservation, no problem, as Marks & Spencers is once again offering a restaurant quality meal for £20 which serves two. The menu includes Duck Parfait, Sirloin Steak, Potato Gratin, Zingy Lemon Cheesecakes and Conte Priuli Prosecco.
It is one of the more expensive dine-in meals on the market, however for this price, you get a choice of seven starters, sevens mains, seven sides, seven desserts and a choice of nine bottles of prosecco or wine. If you happen to have forgotten about the special day, there's still time to grab one as the offer runs from 9-14 February.

To put into perspective, the Waitrose Valentine's dine-in meal for two is the same price which offers a choice of eight starters, ten mains, eight sides, nine desserts and a choice of ten bottles of Prosecco, wine or cocktails. Options include a Spanish Tapas Platter, Easy to Cook Coq Au Vin, a Butler's Perfect British Cheeseboard, Tails Cocktails Bacardi Rum Daiquiri and more.
ASDA's Valentine’s Day Meal Deal includes a starter, main, two sides, dessert and either a bottle of wine or box of chocolates for only £15. For starters, there are five options and cheese fans will love the new Truffle Mac ‘n’ Cheese with Slow Cooked British Beef.
The Vegan Mushroom Arancini Hearts with Truffle Dip delights are sure to set the scene for a romantic evening. The Co-op's equivalent serves up a starter, main, side, dessert and bottle of wine for £20, or £15 when you swap the wine for a soft drink.
Members can get the deal for £16 with wine or £12 with a soft drink when they shop instore. The menu offers a choice of two starters, five mains, three sides, four desserts and three bottles of wine of three soft drinks.
