Companies have always paid an absolutely astronomical amount for Super Bowl advertisements, as it’s understandably pricy to get air time during the biggest live television event of the year.
How much does one of those commercials cost? According to USA TODAY‘s Ad Meter, Super Bowl advertisements this year cost $7 million for a 30-second spot. However, some companies are reportedly paying about $8 million for 30-second Super Bowl ads this year.
That’s a lot of money! However, for the Super Bowl, advertisers really do spare no expense.
