The recent trades by the Milwaukee Bucks and Boston Celtics for Damian Lillard by the Bucks and Jrue Holiday by the Celtics have elevated both teams to a different tier in the Eastern Conference. Dame’s addition to the Bucks promises to unlock new dimensions in Giannis Antetokounmpo’s game, as teams will now have to defend both Dame’s deep shooting and Giannis’s inside presence simultaneously.
Meanwhile, the Celtics’ lineup, featuring Holiday alongside Kristaps Porzingis, Jayson Tatum, and Jaylen Brown, looks formidable. Lillard’s long-range shooting will test Porzingis and the Celtics’ defense, while Milwaukee’s perimeter defense may struggle against Tatum, Brown, and Porzingis.
