Harry and Meghan's dramatic docuseries arrived on Netflix this month, with the first three episodes quickly taking the top viewers spot of any documentary on the platform.
The series has received mixed reactions, with fans of the couple praising their openness and critics remaining sceptical about them. But how much have the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made for their documentary?
The exact figures aren't available, but the couple's deal with Netflix, secured way back in September 2020, was reportedly worth £100 million. This deal wasn't just for the docuseries though, that was the first of possibly many shows and films involving the ex-Royals that will be released on Netflix.

When the deal was secured, the couple said: "Our focus will be on creating content that informs but also gives hope. As new parents, making inspirational family programming is also important to us." They added Netflix's "unprecedented reach will help [them] share impactful content that unlocks action."
After the first three episodes of 'Harry & Meghan' were released on Netflix, the pair responded to critics who claimed the series was in conflict with their supposed desire for privacy when they stepped down from Royal duties. Their global press secretary, Ashley Hansen, told the New York Times: "Their statement announcing their decision to step back [from royal duties] mentions nothing of privacy and reiterates their desire to continue their roles and public duties.
"Any suggestion otherwise speaks to a key point of this series. They are choosing to share their story, on their terms, and yet the tabloid media has created an entirely untrue narrative that permeates press coverage and public opinion. The facts are right in front of them."

A new series presented by Harry and Meghan is set to release later this month on Netflix, called 'Live to Lead'. The documentary will feature climate change activist Greta Thunberg and New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern among the figures speaking about "inspiring life stories".
The trailer for the series has been released just days after the second batch of episodes of 'Harry & Meghan' was released on Netflix.
