Celtic will bank €1m for their involvement in the Champions League knockout play-off round.
Brendan Rodgers' side secured the UEFA bonus payment for progressing beyond the league phase of the revamped competition.
While there are no bonuses up for grabs for individual results in the knockout phase, Celtic will receive a set fee for making the knockout play-off round.
The fee is €1m, or around £830k.
The payment is not dependent on any result in the two-legged tie against Bayern Munich.
Instead, Celtic simply receive the set amount with the opportunity to majorly increase their earnings with progression to the round of 16.
