Rory McIlroy is chasing the fifth major championship title of his career and a bumper payday.

The Holywood man is tied for the lead with Victor Hovland ahead of the final round of the 150th Open Championship at St Andrews.

McIlroy and Hovland are four strokes clear of the chasing pack and it could become a memorable duel between the pair on the Old Course on Sunday.

It would be a second Open Championship for McIlroy after his 2014 triumph and it would seem him pocked €2,500,000, while it would be a maiden major championship for Hovland.
