Wednesdays at Cheltenham always bring back fond memories for Gordon Elliott but it was a unique day with no Tiger Roll in action.
The legendary horse retired after losing on the line last year in the Glenfarclas Chase, completing one of the most illustrious racing careers.
But despite no Tiger Roll in action, Elliott did complete another 1-2 in the Cross Country Chase.
Delta Work defended their crown with Galvine finishing in second place.
It was the only win for Elliott on Day Two of the Festival as he secured one win on day two.
Day Two also saw Energumene raced for back-to-back victories in the Betway Queen Mother Champion Chase.
