Christian Kist became the latest player to throw a nine-dart finish at the PDC World Championships.
The Dutchman completed a stunning leg in the opening set of his first-round match against Madars Razma on Wednesday night and scooped a whopping £60,000 in the process.
Razma, however, would bounce back to win 3-1.
Kist wrote his name into the history books, becoming the 15th player to ever achieve such a feat at the World Championships and the first since Michael Smith did so in the 2023 final.
Smith hit one just after opponent Michael van Gerwen had missed his attempt and duly sent commentator Wayne Mardle into the iconic: “This is the most amazing leg of darts you’ll ever see in your life. I can’t spake, I can’t speak” line.
"I CAN'T SPEAK! I CAN'T SPEAK!" 😳
