It always seems like the Los Angeles Rams are wheeling and dealing draft picks, whether they’re acquiring them for veteran players or using them to acquire stars like Jalen Ramsey and Matthew Stafford. In the last two offseasons, the Rams have made several trades involving 2023 draft picks, most recently trading a fifth-rounder in next year’s draft for Troy Hill.
With the 2022 draft in the books, we’re already looking ahead to next year’s event and figuring out how many picks the Rams are scheduled to have. They’ll get at least a few compensatory picks in 2023 for their free-agent losses this offseason, but those won’t be made official until next spring.
So for now, we can only list the picks that they currently own – and there are six of them. Incredibly, the only two rounds in which the Rams didn’t make a trade involving a draft pick are the second and third.
In every other round, they either traded away a pick or acquired one, or both. Here’s an updated list of the Rams’ 2023 draft picks.
1st round: No pick
2nd round: 1 pick
3rd round: 1 pick

5th round: No pick
