Manchester City trio Phil Foden, John Stones and Kyle Walker have been sharing their pride at being included in Gareth Southgate's 26-man England squad for the World Cup.
In total, five City players have been named in Southgate's squad for the prestigious tournament with Jack Grealish and Kalvin Phillips also given the nod. Taking to Instagram after the announcement, Foden expressed his pride at being picked for the World Cup.
"It’s always an honour to be called up to the England squad but this is something else," the Stockport-born midfielder said. "My first World Cup, wow. Buzzin'. Can't wait."

Stones is no stranger to a World Cup after being in Russia when the Three Lions reached the semi-finals. However, the sense of accomplishment was not lost on him.
"An honour to be called up to play for my country in another World Cup," Stones wrote on Instagram. "Since I was a young kid growing up in Barnsley I always dreamt of playing in the World Cup one day but to be able do it more than once is so special.
"Come on England." While Foden and Stones may have expected to receive a call-up, Walker was left sweating over his potential inclusion in the team. The full-back has not featured for the Blues since suffering a groin injury in the demolition of Manchester United at the beginning of October.
However, Southgate appears to have received positive news about Walker's return and the 32-year-old is glad to have been included. "Always an absolute honour, can't wait to get started," Walker posted on his Instagram story.
