Manchester United defender Lisandro Martinez took to social media to celebrate the Reds' FA Cup semi-final victory after missing the clash through injury.
The Argentinian centre-back is sidelined for the remainder of the campaign after he was carried off with a fractured metatarsal in the Europa League quarter-final first-leg draw with Sevilla last week. Martinez, who has made 45 appearances for the Reds since joining from Ajax last summer, was forced to watch the FA Cup semi-final clash with Brighton from home.
Despite being without the defender - or his centre-back partner Raphael Varane - Erik ten Hag's side progressed to the final of the famous competition with a penalty shootout win over the Seagulls on Sunday. After a goalless 120 minutes, Victor Lindelof was the hero as he converted from the spot to give United a 7-6 win on penalties.

After the game, the injured Martinez posted a video of himself celebrating the victory on his Instagram. The 25-year-old was understandably pleased with the win and was keen to show his support for his teammates.
"Vamos," screamed the World Cup winner.
United will face Manchester City in the FA Cup final in early June in what will be the first-ever Manchester derby in a domestic cup final. Pep Guardiola's side secured a comfortable 3-0 victory over Sheffield United on Saturday, thanks to a hat-trick from Riyad Mahrez.
The Reds return to Premier League action on Thursday night to take on Tottenham Hotspur. For Martinez, meanwhile, he is focused on returning to fitness in time for next season.
