Leeds United have the joint lowest net VAR score in the Premier League this season, according to research conducted by ESPN. The Whites, along with Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Nottingham Forest all have a score of minus two.
ESPN reporter Dale Johnson has revealed that Leeds are yet to have a VAR decision rule in their favour, but have had two go against them, equating to the aforementioned net of minus two. Man City, Wolves and Southampton are the only other sides in the Premier League so far to also not have an involvement rule in their favour.
Nottingham Forest and Spurs are the two teams with the most decisions go against them (three), but they have also had one go in their favour, meaning they are level with Leeds and City for the lowest net VAR score.

Leeds also have the lowest net VAR goals score too, with both the Whites and Arsenal on minus two. Jesse Marsch’s side have had two goals awarded to the opposition by VAR, but are yet to have one given in their favour.
Marsch’s frustrations with the officiating in the Premier League has been well documented on a number of occasions this season, with the American reaching boiling point in the 5-2 defeat at Brentford. The Leeds boss was sent off after venting his frustration at VAR’s decision not to overturn a penalty decision on Crysencio Summerville, after Brentford themselves had one given in their favour earlier in the match.
