Cameron Carter-Vickers' physicality convinced Dundee United forward Kristijan Trapanovski to start hitting the gym more often.
Celtic welcome the Tannadice outfit to Parkhead in the Scottish Premiership later this afternoon, aiming to go 16 points clear at the top of the table for Saturday night, at least.
Brendan Rodgers is expected to rotate his team around for this afternoon's match-up, and United's Trapanovski will be hoping Carter-Vickers isn't playing.
Indeed, the last time the sides met, the North Macedonian was shoved off the ball by the imposing central defender.
Such a happening convinced him to bulk up: "In the last game against Celtic, I had a duel with Cameron Carter-Vickers, and he pushed me off the ball," said Trapanovski (RecordSport).

"It was a 50-50 race and I got past him but he just put his hands on me and got me out of the way. After the game, I came away from it saying ‘Trapa', you need to hit the gym!’
"I realised I needed to bulk up a bit so I have been doing extra gym sessions over the last month. I have been doing a lot of power exercises, not a lot of weight stuff, but more to do with power and speed. I have been doing a lot of squats, jumps and exercises for my hamstrings."
One of the most physically striking defenders in the Scottish top flight, Carter-Vickers has been a regular for Celtic since initially joining on loan from Tottenham Hotspur three and a half years ago.
Trapanovski was quite clearly shaken by his recent encounter with the American, as much that he has been grafting behind the scenes ever since to ensure he isn't easily pushed off the ball again.
