Despite losing 1-0 to bottom-of-the-table St Johnstone on Sunday, Celtic could win the league this weekend.
Brendan Rodgers' men were defeated in Perth as Daniels Balodis' fourth-minute header eventually proved crucial.
After Rangers' 2-0 loss to Hibernian at Ibrox on Saturday, Celtic knew that if they defeated St Johnstone, they could win the league against Kilmarnock on Saturday at Parkhead.

While that won't be the case anymore, they could still secure their fourth consecutive Scottish Premiership title this weekend if they beat Derek McInnes' side and Rangers lose to Aberdeen at Pittodrie on Sunday.
Barry Ferguson's men have already lost in the granite city this season, albeit under the stewardship of previous manager Philippe Clement.
A loss for them this weekend and a victory for Celtic would give the Parkhead club their 55th league title.
Rodgers' men remain on course for a domestic treble this season, too, and will now be out for revenge in their Scottish Cup semi-final against St Johnstone at Hampden later this month.
Their recent defeat to the Perth outfit now means they have dropped 14 league points in 2025 alone: "I want to firstly give huge credit to St Johnstone," said Rodgers post-match.
"Sometimes that can get bypassed in the result, in our performance, but I thought for them, they fought for every ball from the first whistle. They get the goal and then they defend for their lives in the second half.
"So it's a huge credit to them and congratulations to them. For us, poor start to the game, but not the first time. This is something for me that we will look at, certainly in the summer.
"But the start was really poor, it was soft, and it was too comfortable in the game. We go behind and then obviously we are much better in the second half. They make some great saves, they make some great blocks, some of it is per finishing from ourselves.
"But overall, we disappointed today. We got three stands in the stadium full of our own supporters, expectant and that's what you have to deal with as a Celtic player. We didn't deal with that at all."
