The big one is almost upon us.
Manchester City's date with destiny is just around the corner as they bid to win their very first European Cup in a showdown with Inter Milan.
Pep Guardiola's men are on the verge of securing the treble after winning the Premier League and adding the FA Cup to their ever-expanding trophy cabinet last Saturday. City stormed to the Champions League final after beating Real Madrid 5-1 in the semi-final while Inter Milan earned their spot in the showpiece with a 3-0 win over AC Milan.
The blue side of Manchester has expectations this could be City's year after flirting with success in the competition in the past. They agonisingly lost to Chelsea in the 2021 final but now the feeling is that after capturing two trophies already this could well and truly be the year City break their Champions League duck and win the tournament.

The Champions League final will be taking place at Istanbul's Atatürk Olympic Stadium, a stadium with European pedigree and most famous for hosting Liverpool's Champions League triumph over AC Milan in 2005.
