Deloitte India has partnered with SAP and AWS to roll out a near-zero-cost migration program. The program aims to simplify the process for businesses to move to SAP’s cloud-based ERP system. It is already available in India.
This program is targeted towards existing SAP ERP users and claims to provide a streamlined and cost-effective way to modernize IT infrastructure with AI tools and cloud capabilities. By combining Deloitte’s migration tools, SAP’s cloud ERP platform, and AWS’ cloud infrastructure, the program offers enterprises a faster route to cloud transformation without high upfront expenses.
Focus on Automation and Security
At the core of the offering is Deloitte’s MigrateX tool, which uses AI to automate several key steps in the migration journey. These include system assessments, SAP Note analysis, customer-vendor integration (CVI) deduplication, and testing. The automated tools aim to reduce manual effort and minimize business disruption.
The program also incorporates AWS’ cloud environment with built-in disaster recovery and zero data loss options. It helps businesses maintain high availability and strengthen their security posture during and after the transition.
Unified Support Across Platforms
According to the shared press release, this collaboration brings Deloitte’s consulting expertise, SAP’s ERP solutions, and AWS’ cloud infrastructure together to provide a unified support structure for businesses undergoing migration. In addition, enterprises participating in this program will receive structured guidance, best practices, and technical support from all three partners.

The Near Zero Cost Migration program is exclusively available in India, and that too for a limited time. Enterprises that sign up before July 2025 will be able to take advantage of the full suite of services designed to ease their move to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
This initiative comes at a time when many organizations are under pressure to modernize legacy systems and adopt cloud-first strategies. By reducing financial and operational hurdles, Deloitte, SAP, and AWS aim to help businesses complete their digital transformation with minimal friction.
However, this is not the first time Deloitte India has partnered with other giants. Recently, the company partnered with Zoho to simplify digital adoption and operational efficiency. The alliance focuses on delivering sector-specific solutions for industries like healthcare, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and eCommerce.
