With the intense speed of the Aldi checkouts, it should really be considered a sport.
Aldi is often a haven for bargain hunters and Special Buy fans, but the checkout tills can the most stressful part of shopping.
While the rapid bleeps is followed by your shopping piling up at the end of the till faster than you can put pack them in the bags.

While shoppers have tried to trick the till operators in different ways in an attempt to slow down the checkout process, one woman has noticed a key advantage the staff have, as the Mirror reports.
And it's all to do with the barcode.
Taking to TikTok to share the find, Sam who goes under the handle, @glutenfreesam, said: "Fun fact: Aldi product packaging is designed to have multiple barcodes so that cashiers can scan things faster, all about that speed baby."
The discovery has since gone viral with 400,000 people have watched the clip and it has attracted more than 10,000 likes. Dozens of users have also commented on the video.
Vicki said: "Aldi needs to create a position for someone to unload your cart with that same speed. Save me the stress of trying to keep up"
"Wait that’s actually so smart," said Nicole. Cat said: "Aldi cashiers are so fast I'm scrambling to get my card out so I don't disappoint them."
While Rae said: "This is the most satisfying part of my job. I love when people are amazed by my speed."
