Asiatique The Riverfront will be a must-go attraction among Disney fans during the next four months with its hosting of a special pop-up event -- "Disney100 Village" -- which kicks off this Friday and runs daily from 10am to midnight until July 31.
Held for the first time in Thailand to celebrate Disney's 100th anniversary, the event features a collection of exhibition zones based on Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars themes
This is a fun opportunity to immerse in the timeless stories and iconic characters from Disney's 100 years of storytelling. Visitors are invited to relive iconic moments with, for instance, special photo spots featuring beloved Disney and Pixar characters at "The Rails Of Animation".
Scenes of all Disney princesses adorn the beautiful storybook mural of Princess Promenade, while at Star Wars Experience visitors can pilot an iconic Star Wars vehicle.
At the event's Disney Merchandise Hall, all things Disney will be available for purchase including special edition Disney100-themed merchandise.
The aforementioned exhibition zones and spaces are open to everyone free of charge.
However, separate admission fees are required for the following zones. Offering an interactive mini-golf experience, Pixar Putt is a rare chance to get in the swing of things with 18 fun-filled holes inspired by well-known Pixar films. Each 18-hole putting round takes about one hour to complete.
Marvel Universe: The World Outside Your Window allows visitors to traverse the exciting multidimensional world of Marvel superheroes within three themed spaces -- Marvel Comics, Marvel Cinematic Universe and Marvel Game.
Additionally, prepare to experience warm feelings from iconic scenes of Disney's Frozen and enjoy themed photo zones at World Of Frozen, before heading over to Enchanted Garden featuring life-sized displays of all 12 Disney princesses.
Ticket prices are different for each of the four selected zones. They can be purchased from Thai Ticket Major outlets (visit thaiticketmajor.com) and also will be available at the door.
