House hunting West Lothian key workers being offered discount on new home

West Lothian’s key workers who are house hunting are being offered a discount on a new home.

Taylor Wimpey has launched its new Key Worker discount scheme where locals can benefit from a three per cent discount up to the value of £15,000 off the purchase price on selected new homes.

Kirsty McGill, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey East Scotland said: “Key workers play a vital role in our communities and our Key Worker discount scheme is our way of saying thank you for their ongoing and consistent efforts.

“Available at selected homes and developments across the east of Scotland the scheme offers key workers a fantastic discount on the price of a new home with some flexibility for them to consider

how best to apply it to their own set of circumstances, such as help towards their mortgage payments or perhaps a boost to their deposit.”
