A weather warning is in place for Yorkshire today (Wednesday, October 5) as heavy rains are expected to batter the county, including Leeds.
The Met Office expects a very wet day in Leeds. A spokesperson for the Met Office said: "Wet and windy during the morning, gradually giving way during the afternoon to eventual sunny spells and scattered sharp blustery showers.
"A little cooler than on Tuesday. Maximum temperature 16 °C."

A danger to life weather warning is in place, although that is for North Yorkshire. River levels are also full in Leeds, meaning persistent rain could lead to flooding.
