With the long weekend within our reach, people throughout Yorkshire will be gearing up to sit in the garden or head to the pub with friends and family.

The Met Office weather forecast shows that Saturday will stay overcast for the most part before brightening up with plenty of sunny intervals on Easter Sunday- but most importantly it will remain dry all weekend.

- 7am - 4pm: Saturday will start off with sunny intervals from the get go and they will last up until late afternoon
- 4pm - 7pm: Temperatures will peak from 4pm hitting up to 12° despite becoming overcast

- Nighttime: It will stay dry and cloudy through the night

- 7am - 1pm: Easter Sunday will start off cloudy in Leeds but will remain dry
- 1pm - 4pm: From 1pm there will be sunny intervals
- 4pm - 8pm: It will remain cloudy for the rest of the day but temperatures will peak at 14° and 13°
