Hour-by-hour weather for Greater Manchester as cloudy day forecast

Greater Manchester is in for a cloudy day on Tuesday (April 26) as temperatures fall to the mid-teens. After a sunny start to the week, the bright skies are set to fade today.

Luckily, the chance of rain remains low, at just 10 per cent during the afternoon. However, temperatures may feel chillier than they did over the weekend with highs of just 14C predicted.

The Met Office said Tuesday will start off cool in the North West region, with cloud cover increasing from the east throughout the day. The day will be dry for most, forecasters said, with the possibility of clearer skies developing later in the evening.

For the rest of the week, Greater Manchester can expect some sunny spells during Wednesday, with temperatures starting to rise again on Thursday and Friday. However, overnight temperatures are set to feel chilly with patchy rural frost for inland areas.

Looking towards the weekend, the Met Office said: "Most areas are likely to remain dry with sunny spells, although outbreaks of rain may spread across the north, with patchy cloud elsewhere from time to time." Temperatures during the daytime could feel "slightly above normal" but the nights are expected to feel cooler.
