A HOTEL and smokehouse located at the picturesque Falls of Dochart in Perthshire has hit the market.
The 13-bedroom family-run Falls of Dochart Inn and Smokehouse in Killin has gone up for sale for the first time in 20 years.
The traditional-looking building is located at the heart of the village and overlooks the stunning Falls of Dochart - a cascade of waterfalls situated on the River Dochart.
Along with the hotel’s sale is the opportunity to buy the fully operational and self-contained Smokehouse for which produces hot and cold smoked salmon along with smoked cheese and pate.
There is also a restaurant and coffee shop attached to the inn with a small cottage and land alongside it included in the sale.
Killin is located at the western end of Loch Tay and is a tourist hotspot due to the stunning hills and waterfalls around it.
According to the estate agent Graham and Sibbald the current owners purchased the business in 2001 and have, over the years, made significant improvements turning it into a much-loved eatery and hotel.
The Falls of Dochart Inn and Smokehouse is currently on the market for offers over £2.5 million.
