The edge hosting services provider HostColor.com (HC) has announced the immediate availability of AMD-powered Dedicated Servers hosted in data centers in Dallas and Houston, Texas.
The AMD Dedicated Servers hosted in Houston and Dallas and feature EPYC 7543 processors, high-speed NMVe SSD-based storage, and scalable RAM from 128 GB up to 512 GB. The new AMD EPYC 7543-based servers feature 1 Gbps dedicated unmetered bandwidth upgradable to 10-gigabit network bandwidth.
The AMD servers feature EPYC 7543 and are available in the company's Houston Dedicated Server section. Houston is one of the first five U.S. metropolitan markets where the cloud infrastructure provider started delivering AMD-powered servers. The others are Ashburn, Virginia; Bend, Oregon; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Dallas, Texas.
HostColor's customers can use Texas-based Edge Servers with AMD or Intel processors from DataBank's data center at 400 S Akard St in Dallas and from Lumen's data centers located at 512 SE 8th Avenue in Amarillo, 4207 Smith School Road in Austin, 3180 Irving Blvd in Dallas, 501 W. Overland Ave in El Paso, 12001 N. Freeway in Houston, and 5130 Service Center Drive in San Antonio.
