NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde’s Director for Clyde Melanie McColgan told Renfrewshire Live : “We are thrilled that this partnership with Paisley FM will allow us to bring patients, staff and visitors a new radio show.
“The RAH is at the heart of the community in Paisley and this gives us another avenue to engage with the public and bring a bit of joy to people during perhaps stressful and uncertain times.
“We know that the show staff previously organised, during the festive period in 2020, was hugely popular, so it’s great to be able to bring it back in this way.”
The new RAH show which follows the format of successful shows such as the Paisley FM Community Request Show and Erskine Veterans Radio, which are dedicated to boosting community spirit and combating loneliness, depression and anxiety.
