Homicide detectives are investigating the death of a man in Logan overnight.
Shortly before 7pm on Sunday, a 48-year-old man was found with significant head injuries in the garage of his Augustus Street home at Kingston.
Police said the man was residing at the property and had died at the scene.
A crime scene has been declared and investigations are ongoing.
The property has been cordoned off with police tape.
A 35-year-old man is in custody and assisting police with their inquiries.
