While other properties on Oldfield Road, less than 0.5 miles away, sold for £1,600,000, £1,325,000 and £1,100,000 in the last five years.
Images on Rightmove show that outside the front of the property there is a driveway with space for several cars to park on.
The ground floor is made up mainly of an open plan room, which is made up of the kitchen, dining area and family room.
