According to Rightmove’s data, homes in Blundellsands had an overall average price of £365,102 over the last year. In the last 12 months, flats made up the most of the sales in the area, selling for an average price of £179,309.

Sales figures show that semi-detached properties sold for an average of £361,962, with detached properties fetching £657,435. Altogether, prices in Blundellsands over the last year were 16% up on the previous year and 5% up on the 2019 peak of £346,866.

After being recently extended and redecorated, images of the home show it boasts an open plan kitchen and dining area which overlooks the garden. It has bifold doors that open onto the patio area, and skylights that allow for plenty of natural light in this family area.
