Home Bargains shoppers have been left stunned after finding a luxury shampoo and conditioner set on shelves for £1.99. A two-pack of Dead Sea Collection Mineral Shampoo & Conditioner with Coconut Oil normally costs £98.
Manchester Evening Reports that the set is regularly sold on the NinthAvenue website at that price point, working out at £49 per bottle. However, the two-pack is currently on sale for £60, which works out at £30 a bottle.
Despite the slash in price, it still ends up costing £28 more than Home Bargains' price. And the super-low £1.99 price tag hasn't gone unnoticed by shoppers.
Eagle-eye bargain hunters took to social media to share their lucrative find in-store with other shoppers. One person said: "Thank you to the lady that posted these products last week!
"I found my bargain today. Website £98 (in sale £60) #homebargains £1.99." Meanwhile, others were stunned at the low price point of the shampoo and conditioner set.
Another shopper said: "Omg been buying these months with the body wash who would of thought they was that much." A third person stated: "Screenshot and off to home bargains I go thank you."
Some shoppers, who had used the set, were very complimentary of the quality of the product, despite the cheap price point. One person said: "This stuff his amazing."
