Air fryers are the latest go-to appliance on the worktop. With their energy efficient claims, households have been turning to the gadget so save cash when preparing hot meals as the cost of energy soars. One of the latest reports claims that Brits are now ditching their ovens in favour of the countertop appliance saying it is quick to cook with too.
Shoppers with popular retailer Home Bargains have come out is droves to praise one particular product that the store is selling for £44. Some have said it is so economical that they haven't used their ovens since buying one.
Some 849 people reacted to the store's announcement that the product was back in stock recently with over 700 people commenting on the post that the store pinned on its Facebook page.
It wrote: "BACK IN STOCK. One minute you're young and fun the next you’re getting excited about an air fryer!" Adding: "Cook up healthier versions of all your families favourites and save on your energy bills with the Swan: Carlton 4 Litre Air Fryer, only £44.99 (RRP £79.99) available online."
Reacting to the post, one person said: "I have thus one and love it". Another said: "We've got this and we love it! Rarely use the oven!" A third added: "I absolutely love my air fryer!!!!! It's also a healthier way to eat, in my opinion!!"
Purchasers also commented on the speed at which it cooks. "Did lamb chops in 15 mins in mine. Love it"
